Here’s the thing about those resolutions…. they’re REALLY hard to turn into reality. So here are a few tips for a successful year:
- Make your goal attainable! Perhaps “lose 50 pounds” isn’t the easiest goal. Instead, how about starting with committing to making better food choices, and simply moving more in your every day life.
2. Don’t just jump in to an exercise program! Find out what is going to work for you, and take the time to build to your goals. Also, find an odd time for the gym, at least for the first month! Because EVERYONE had the same idea.
3. Have some fun! Resolutions are meant to improve your life from last year. I don’t know about you, but a little more laughter will always improve my life.
Your resolutions are commitments to yourself; however, finding a Resolution partner to help you stay accountable can make things much easier!
