Crock Pot Oatmeal with Apples and Cinnamon

Ingredients
- 2 Apples peeled, cored, and diced
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups Old Fashioned or Steel Cut Oats
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp butter diced
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- maple syrup for the topping
Instructions

Spray the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Add all ingredients EXCEPT the maple syrup.

Cook on low for 7 hours.

Remove lid and stir.

Serve with a splash or two of milk and about a tablespoon of maple syrup drizzled over the top if desired.
